Eleanor Lampell is a Licensed Professional Counselor and Registered Art Therapist with over ten years’ of experience providing high quality, individualized counseling services to children, adolescents, and adults. Eleanor’s helps clients address behavior concerns, anxiety, depression, ADHD, grief and loss, women’s issues, relationship conflicts, parenting issues, and family dynamics. Her specialties include working with young children ages 3 to 12 and helping military families to better cope with the unique stressors of the military lifestyle.

Eleanor provides individual, couples, and family and utilizes client centered, solution focused cognitive behavioral theories, as well as art, play, and sand tray therapies. She has trained with the Enneagram Institute and incorporates personality typing into her work with clients. Eleanor delivers a personalized approach to counseling, and supports each client as they set and reach their goals and live healthier, well balanced lives. Eleanor is a graduate of the Art Therapy and Counseling Program at Eastern Virginia Medical School. She is an EAGALA (Equine Assisted Growth and Learning Association) certified practitioner.
