Kristen Condron LCSW
Bio
Kristen McGraw Condron is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and graduate of Villanova University in Pennsylvania, and New Mexico State University.
Her nearly 20 years of experience is varied, including in the fields of substance abuse, and serious mental illness, – with a variety of ages and groups including children and families.
Highlights of her career include crisis intervention, co-facilitating a Dialectical Behavior Therapy group with clients with borderline personality disorder, and providing Multi-Systemic Therapy to adolescents at risk. She sees to find hope when others feel that there may be none left.
Kristen enjoys a challenge, and believes in the individual’s power to change his or her situation through cognitive behavioral therapy. She is one of the folks we call on regularly for clients who simply don’t wish to do ‘therapy,’ but feel they need specific coaching and direction to get to that next level of balance and performance.
Most impressive is her confident approach to very complex interpersonal issues on any level, and her serious persistence, even with significantly ambivalent clients who are simply afraid of entering a counseling process. And on top of all that she has a great sense of humor, and a quick wit to turn the tide of difficulties.

Kristen….very impressive. I first met your mom on Searaven Dr. in California…as she was pushing
you in a stroller past my house. How lucky was I….as we are still in touch and good friends….I love her!!!!
Of course a lot of twists and turns have evolved for all since those stroller days…..(called “Life”) but
I find…in the “final analysis”…your mom and I have aged and grown like a couplea fine wines……(hic)
So…Kristen…how fun to see how YOU have evolved….way to GO, girl!!
My son Scott….is currently residing in Alamogordo, New Mexico….not crazy about the location…but
moved there for the special position that was being offered to him…and the special people he would
be working for…….
lordy…have I rambled too long? I’m new at this….tho I am MOST experienced
and all-wise….as you can tell. It just seems to shine through …as much as I try to control it.
: )
Lots of love Kristen…..you should be proud!!! <3 Dianne
Hello Kristen:
Your mom forwarded this to me. I am very impressed with your accomplishments. Good for you. And I’m really happy to see that you’ve spent in NM. I have a great fondness for NM, having spent a lot of time there myself. I have relatives in Los Alamos and Albuquerque and I LOVE it there.
